
Assumptions:
Call center has 30 agents assigned to a project.
About 60 numbers will need to be continuosly dialed to keep 30 agents occupied.
Option 1
Predictive dialer is located in customer's premises. Database of contacts will be fed into Dialer. Dialer will need three E-1's. This dialer will interface with a VoIP gateway with three E-1's. This gateway will need about 1.5mbs (90 Calls X 16k) of International bandwidth. In destination country the switch will send these calls through PSTN to find potential customers. Only calls answered by a live human will be passed back to 30 agents in call center.
